1. Service Overview

Remove My Junk Car (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides junk and scrap car removal services in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. Our services include free vehicle towing, vehicle purchasing, and eco-friendly vehicle disposal and recycling.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide about your vehicle. Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle and may vary based on actual condition, completeness, and current scrap metal market values. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if the vehicle condition differs materially from what was described.

3. Vehicle Ownership

By selling your vehicle to us, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are duly authorized to sell it. You must provide valid identification and, where available, the original vehicle ownership (title) documents. We comply with all Ontario regulations regarding vehicle title transfer and will process the necessary ownership transfer paperwork.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made in cash or by e-transfer at the time of vehicle pickup, upon completion of the ownership transfer. The agreed-upon amount is final once both parties have signed the bill of sale. No additional fees, charges, or deductions will be applied after the price is confirmed on-site.

5. Towing and Pickup

We provide free towing for all vehicles we purchase. Pickup times are scheduled at your convenience and are subject to availability and weather conditions. While we strive for same-day service, exact pickup times cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible for towing at the agreed-upon time and location.

6. Vehicle Condition

We purchase vehicles in all conditions — running, non-running, damaged, or totalled. However, all personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to pickup. We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle after the sale is completed.

7. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to environmentally responsible vehicle disposal. All vehicles are processed in compliance with Ontario environmental regulations. Hazardous materials (fluids, batteries, refrigerants) are properly drained and disposed of. Reusable parts are salvaged, and remaining materials are recycled.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remove My Junk Car shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle in question.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time prior to the tow truck's arrival at no charge. If you wish to cancel after the tow truck has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at 647-949-7772.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
